Emergency Planning Training & Management

Australian Standard AS 3745-2010 - Planning for Emergencies in Facilities outlines the minimum requirements for the establishmentand implementation of an emergency plan that a facility is required to provide for the safety of occupants and visitors leading up to, and during an evacuation.

AS 3745-2010 applies to buildings, structures or workplaces occupied by people, with the exception of Class 1a buildings as defined in the Building Code of Australia, unless that dwelling is also used as a workplace. Building/facility owners, agents, occupiers, lessors, or employers are typically those responsible for a facility or its occupants. If you operate a workplace, manage or own a building, you are responsible for the safety of your people in the event of a fire or other emergency. That's where we come in.
